We’ll hop on a Zoom call for 30 minutes before the workshop so I can get to know you, your work, and what you’re hoping to get out of the workshop.

THE WORKSHOP

Get a good night’s sleep because I’m packing everything I’ve got into two days full of instruction! We’ll start with building a strong foundation and work our way up through different levels of difficulty. You’ll see exactly how I shoot in the spaces of a real wedding venue!

POST-WORKSHOP CALL

I’ll host a live Zoom call a month after the workshop so you can ask any questions that have arisen since the workshop.

HI! I’M SCOTT!

I’m a former 7th-grade special education math teacher turned world-renowned wedding photographer and educator. My first passion has always been helping others and now I get to combine my two passions – teaching and photography. I’ve photographed over 400 weddings and am an ambassador for some of the largest companies in the industry (MagMod, SLR Lounge, Aftershoot).

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

TWO FULL-DAYS OF EDUCATION AND PRACTICE

The workshop will take place from 10 am to 8 pm on the first day and from 9 am to 6 pm on the second day. The days will be long but fun!

PRE AND POST-WORKSHOP CALLS

You’ll receive a 30-minute one-on-one Zoom call with me before the workshop to discuss what you want to get out of it. I’ll do a group Zoom call one to two months after the workshop to answer any questions that may have arisen since the workshop.

LUNCH (AND SNACKS)

Lunch, snacks, and water are included as part of the workshop cost. Dinner is on your own but there will be opportunities for group dinners if you want to join.

Your ticket is non-refundable but can be transferred or sold (for the price you paid) if you’re unable to attend.

The workshop will take place at The Bond, a real wedding venue in York, PA. It’s conveniently located off of Route 30 in Downtown York. There is a hotel and numerous restaurants within walking distance.

The workshop will be limited to 10 photographers.

This workshop is primarily for intermediate photographers who know the basics and want to take their flash skills to the next level.

Workshop attendees should be familiar with how to use a flash off-camera and have at least two years of experience photographing weddings to get the most out of this workshop.

Lunch, snacks, and water are provided as part of your ticket. Dinner is on your own but you’re welcome to join myself or others!
